Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Products and Outstanding Technical Support

I am very happy with the Sonoff Zigbee devices I purchased. The devices have met my expectations, and I am pleased with their quality and performance.

What made the experience even better was the assistance I received from the technical team at Untamed Tech. Their willingness to assist, provide technical guidance and help me with my queries made the entire experience a positive one.

Good products are important, but having knowledgeable and helpful technical support available when needed makes a real difference. I appreciate the professional assistance and customer care I received.

I am very satisfied with my purchase and the support provided by Untamed Tech. I would gladly recommend both the Sonoff Zigbee devices and Untamed Tech to anyone looking for reliable smart-home products backed by helpful technical assistance.

Thank you to the Untamed Tech team for the excellent service!

Overview

The Eufy eufyCam C37 is a wire-free outdoor security camera built for practical, low-maintenance protection. With 360° pan-and-tilt AI tracking, it follows people, vehicles, and pets so one camera covers more of your property and reduces blind spots.

The included detachable 3W solar panel lets you mount the camera where you need coverage and place the panel where it gets the best sun — ideal for South African weather. A built-in spotlight delivers clear 2K colour night vision so faces, number plates, and clothing details stay visible after dark.

Footage is stored locally on a microSD card (up to 256 GB, sold separately) or a compatible Eufy HomeBase. There are no mandatory monthly subscription fees, and recordings are protected with bank-grade encryption. The camera is IP65 weatherproof and works with Alexa and Google Assistant.

Key Features

360° pan & tilt with AI auto-tracking (people, vehicles, pets)
2K resolution (approximately 77% more detail than 1080p)
Colour night vision with built-in spotlight + infrared mode
Detachable 3W solar panel for flexible placement and continuous charging
6700 mAh battery (up to ~45 days based on typical use; solar extends this)
Local storage: microSD up to 256 GB (required for recording) or HomeBase
No monthly subscription required
IP65 weatherproof
Two-way audio
Activity zones and smart detection to reduce false alerts
Compatible with HomeBase Mini and HomeBase S380 only

Important Notes

Compatible with HomeBase Mini and HomeBase S380 only (requires specific firmware). Not compatible with HomeBase 2 or Apple HomeKit.
Does not support 24/7 continuous recording (event-based only).
microSD card is not included and is required for local recording.
2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only.
Update the eufy Security app to version 6.0.10 or later for best performance.
Native RTSP/ONVIF support is limited — worth confirming for Home Assistant integrations.

Ideal for: Driveways, entrances, gardens, garages, small businesses, holiday homes, and properties where you want flexible solar-powered coverage without monthly fees.
